Natural failure
- An extended warranty is a service that continues to provide content that is almost equivalent to the manufacturer's warranty for a certain period of time after the manufacturer's warranty expires.
・By joining, you can repair the applicable product free of charge as many times as you like during the warranty period. For details, please check the Home Appliance Extended Warranty Service Regulations.
*The manufacturer's warranty covers free repair of any defects that occur in this product when used normally in accordance with the product's instruction manual and any warnings on labels attached to the product itself.
- The extended warranty will begin after the manufacturer's warranty period (usually one year) has expired, which begins from the date of purchase of the product.
・The maximum repair cost will not change during the warranty period.
・As long as the cost of a single repair is within the upper repair limit, repairs can be made as many times as you like during the warranty period.
・The maximum repair cost will be the purchase price of the product.
*However, if the repair cost in the event of a breakdown exceeds the upper repair limit, a replacement product will be provided. The replacement product will generally be the same product, but if the same product is not available, an equivalent model product will be used. In this case, the warranty will end after the replacement product is provided. Please note that the customer will be responsible for shipping costs for the replacement product, installation work, construction costs, etc.

*We only provide on-site installation services in the Kanto area (Tokyo, Chiba, Saitama, Kanagawa, and Ibaraki). Please note that we cannot accept reservations for work if you are in an area outside of this coverage.
[Please secure parking space for installation work and parking for workers' vehicles]
Our on-site installation service is intended for standard parking spaces in surface parking lots where either the left or right door and the tailgate of the vehicle to be installed can be opened sufficiently. We do not provide service in tower parking lots, vacant parking lots, on the street, or in paid parking lots.
In addition, a parking space will be required for the installation workers' vehicles. Please check whether there is a parking space for visitors or nearby parking spaces.
*Workers' vehicles will not be parked on the street.
Please note that if there is no work space for the installation vehicle on the day of installation, or if there is no parking space for the installation vehicle, your installation reservation may be canceled.
[About installation dates, work hours, changes, etc.]
The installation can be booked on any day of the week, but since the installation takes about two hours, the only times you can book the installation are between 9:00 and 16:00. Please be at home about 15 minutes before the scheduled time on the day of the installation.
Also, if the parking lot is covered, installation work is possible even in rainy weather. However, please note that in the case of heavy rain or snow, we may ask you to change the date for installation work.
*If you wish to change your reservation date, please contact Nakanishi Shokai (Good stuff) at least two days before the work reservation date.
Please note that any changes made on the day may result in the installation work being cancelled.
[Cancellation policy in case installation is not possible on the installation date due to customer's circumstances]
*As a general rule, set products that include installation work cannot be canceled after they are ordered.
-If the workers arrive at the scheduled time on the planned installation date but the installation work cannot be performed due to customer circumstances, we will contact you at a later date and reschedule the installation work.
In this case, please pay the worker an additional 10,000 USD (tax included) in cash on the scheduled date of re-work (initial visit fee).
・However, if you are forced to return the installation kit due to your circumstances after the worker's initial visit, please contact the call center separately.
Also, please note that if the installation work set is eligible for return, only the difference between the purchase price minus an additional 10,000 USD (tax included) (initial visit fee) will be refunded.

Before starting the installation work, please be present to check items ①-④ below for about 2-3 minutes.
1) Check for scratches or dents around the entire body of the vehicle where the dashcam is installed.
② Check the accessories that come with the dashcam. (No need to open the product)
③Connect the dashcam to the cigarette lighter socket and confirm that it starts up and records properly.
④Check the installation position of the dashcam unit (front or rear).
Please be aware of photo shooting locations ①-④.
1) Shoot with an angle that allows the vehicle number and model of the vehicle on which the dashcam is installed to be seen.
② Photograph the planned installation location before installing the dashcam.
③ Photographing the location where the dashcam gets power.
4. After installing the dashcam, turn it on and take a picture of the main unit while it is recording.

1. Check the vehicle with the dashcam installed for any scratches or dents around the entire body caused by the worker. 2. Check the installation location of the dashcam.
③ Verify that the dashcam is up and running properly and recording.
4) After installing the dashcam, we confirmed that there were no abnormalities with the vehicle switches, etc.
⑤Please return the vehicle keys and sign the checklist.
