『Good stuff』Membership Terms and Conditions

Article 1 (Member)

  1. “Member” refers to an individual who applies for membership by following the procedures specified by the company and agreeing to these terms and conditions.
  2. “Member Information” refers to information regarding a member's attributes disclosed to the company, as well as information regarding the member's transaction history.
  3. These terms and conditions apply to all members and are the rules to be followed both during registration and after membership is established. Please read them carefully and only proceed with registration if you agree to the terms.

Article 2 (Registration)

  1. Membership Qualification

    Upon agreeing to these terms and conditions, customers who apply for membership will acquire membership status after completing the required registration process. The registration must be completed by the individual applying for membership. Proxy registrations are not allowed. Furthermore, the company may reject membership applications from individuals whose membership was previously revoked or who are otherwise deemed inappropriate by the company.

  2. Input of Member Information

    During registration, carefully read the instructions and input the required details accurately in the provided form. Special characters, old kanji, Roman numerals, etc., may not be used for registration. If these characters are used, the company will modify them.

  3. Password Management
    1. Passwords are for the exclusive use of the member and must not be transferred or lent to others.
    2. Members are responsible for managing their passwords and ensuring they are not disclosed to others.
    3. Any actions carried out using the password will be considered as the member’s actions, and the member will be responsible for any resulting payments or obligations.

Article 3 (Changes)

  1. If any registered information changes, please promptly update your information using the process specified by the company.
  2. The company will not be held responsible for any damages resulting from failure to update information. Additionally, transactions that were already processed before the change will be conducted based on the information prior to the update, so please be aware of this.

Article 4 (Withdrawal)

Members may withdraw at any time. If a member wishes to withdraw, they must delete their member information through the procedure specified by the company. Withdrawal will be completed after the specified withdrawal process is finished.

Article 5 (Loss of Membership Status and Compensation Obligations)

  1. If a member provides false information during registration, fails to fulfill payment obligations for mail-order purchases, or if the company deems the member to be unsuitable for membership, the company may revoke their membership.
  2. If a member engages in any of the following actions, they will be responsible for compensating the company for any resulting damages:
    1. Unlawful use of the member number or password.
    2. Accessing the website and tampering with information, or sending harmful computer programs to interfere with the company's operations.
    3. Infringing upon the intellectual property rights of the products handled by the company.
    4. Other actions that violate these terms and conditions.

Article 6 (Handling of Member Information)

  1. The company will not disclose member information to third parties unrelated to the company without prior consent, except in the following cases:
    1. If required by law to disclose information.
    2. If necessary to protect the company’s rights, interests, reputation, etc.
    3. If there are outstanding debts, member information may be disclosed to a debt collection department within the group company or to external debt collection agencies.
  2. Member information will be managed by the company in accordance with the company’s “Commitment to Personal Information Protection.” The company may use member information for the purposes of providing services, improving service quality, promoting service use, and ensuring the sound and smooth operation of services.

Article 7 (Prohibited Acts)

The following actions are prohibited when using this service:

  1. Violating laws, these terms and conditions, usage instructions, shopping guidelines, or any other rules related to the service.
  2. Damaging the rights, interests, or reputation of the company or third parties.
  3. Engaging in acts that may harm the physical or mental well-being of minors or other actions that violate public order and morals.
  4. Engaging in acts that may cause inconvenience or discomfort to other users or third parties.
  5. Inputting false information.
  6. Sending or posting harmful computer programs or emails.
  7. Illegally accessing the company’s servers or computers.
  8. Lending, transferring, or sharing passwords with third parties.
  9. Any other actions the company deems inappropriate.

Article 8 (Suspension of Service)

The company may suspend all or part of the services without prior notice if any of the following occur: (1) Regular or emergency system maintenance is required. (2) System overload occurs. (3) Fire, power outage, third-party interference, or other situations make it difficult to operate the system. (4) Other situations where the company deems it necessary to suspend the system.

Article 9 (Modification or Discontinuation of Service)

The company may modify or discontinue all or part of the services at its discretion, without prior notice.

Article 10 (Disclaimer)

The company will not be held liable for any damages caused by system interruptions, delays, cancellations, loss of data, unauthorized access to data, or other damages arising from the use of the services, unless caused by the company’s fault. The company does not guarantee that emails or content sent from websites, servers, or domains not under the company’s management are free from harmful elements. The company is not responsible for any damages resulting from a member’s violation of prohibited activities (e.g., Article 7).

Article 11 (Amendment of Terms)

The company may amend these terms at its discretion and may also establish additional rules (“Supplementary Terms”) to supplement these terms. Amendments to the terms or supplementary terms will take effect when posted on the company’s designated website. Members are required to comply with the amended or supplementary terms.

Article 12 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

The governing law for these terms is the law of Japan. In the event of a dispute regarding these terms, the Tokyo District Court or the court with jurisdiction over the member’s place of residence will be the court of first instance.
